Researcher sees Moscow airports’ traffic falling 15–20% in 2022
MOSCOW, Dec 8 (PRIME) -- The passenger traffic of Moscow’s airports can fall by 15–20% in the entire 2022, Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) said in a research note on Thursday.
The researcher attributed the decrease to closing of most of the destinations for Russian airlines, the necessity of creating new logistic chains for equipment servicing, lower business activity, and other effects of sanctions.
The industry’s funds from operations (FFO) before net interest payments can also fall, and the debt burden can rise, ACRA also said.
